Use licence: personal use with visible credit “Bronchoe Creation CIC / Held in Song”. Share anywhere.

No commercial use (ads, brand deals, monetised channels) unless agreed in writing.

Ownership: we retain copyright and masters unless a separate rights deal is signed.

Turnaround: ~3 days per track for normal tiers. Express may be offered later.

Refunds: if we cannot deliver, we refund; otherwise we work through the agreed refinements per tier.
